Please note that pursuant to art. 24 paragraph 1 lett. a, of the Privacy Code, consent to the processing of your personal data is not necessary for these purposes.

 

4.    Methods of processing, security and place of data processing.


Your personal data are processed by the Data Controller limited to the achievement by the same of the purposes specified above, mainly with automated tools, but also in paper form, for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.

 

5.    Communication and dissemination.

 

Your personal data may be communicated to subjects external to the Data Controller, whose activity is necessary and functional for the provision of services.

 

6.    Rights of the interested party.


We also remind you that the interested party retains his rights under art. 7 of the Code regarding the protection of personal data. The request, in writing, can be sent by letter, registered letter, fax or email to the addresses indicated in the site's Privacy Policy. Pursuant to the same article, you have the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment.
